I have very wide and extensive experience in Insurance related laws, including fire, theft, third party and life insurance being empanelled with all major G I C Companies, Life Insurance Corporation of India and Cholamandalam and conducting cases for them before the NCDRC. I also appear before the Supreme Court of India for individuals. I was the legal advisor to Jal Vayu Vihar Sehkari Awas Samiti, a RWA of a Society consisting of approximately 3,700 flats of serving and retired Air force and Naval officers for over 61/2 years. I had to advice on all legal problems that a society faces in its day to day management including labor, Municipal laws of NOIDA and real estate. I was the advocate for M/s Word Portfolio and finance Co Ltd in the Arbitration proceedings held for effecting recovery of monies from defaulting parties with success. Complaints under the negotiable instruments act on behalf of the Air Force and Navy personnel and many companies have and are also been filed and prosecuted by me resulting in recovery of dues. I am proficient in labour laws, Industrial laws, service laws, civil litigation and criminal trials and Municipal Laws having practiced in the courts at Delhi and NOIDA. I worked as a junior advocate with Late Sh R K Jain Sr Adv in the Supreme Court of India between 1992-1995.
