With a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Operations Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, I’ve always had a keen interest in optimizing systems and driving operational efficiency. My academic journey was marked by a strong foundation in problem-solving and data analysis, which laid the groundwork for my professional career. Over the past 9+ years, I’ve honed my expertise in the courier and logistics industry, holding leadership roles at Blue Dart Express Limited. I have successfully managed complex operations including e-commerce logistics, reverse logistics, and secured product shipments. From spearheading strategic initiatives as Head of Product Operations to expanding branch capabilities as Branch Operations Head, my focus has always been on enhancing efficiency, improving service quality, and fostering team excellence. Certified as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Master Bronze Champion, I bring a data-driven approach to process improvement. My efforts have not only optimized delivery routes and reduced costs but also contributed to significant revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
