Development professional with expertise in Strategic Partnership & Management, Project Planning, Project Management, Mobilizing various Stakeholders include Central Ministries/ Departments of Govt. of India, Industries of Public and Private sectors, Community Based Organization and civil society at the national level. I have more than fourteen years of work experience in the development practice, have worked and engaged by UN Organizations (ILO, UNICEF & UNDP), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (National AIDS Control Organization), Govt. of India, State Governments (State AIDS Control Societies) and civil society at the national and state level positions. I have been instrumental in developing strategic partnership of NACO with several key Ministries of Govt. of India through entering into Memoranda of Understanding, partnership with employer organizations, industries of public and private sector, trade unions and key stakeholders for expansion of outreach of national programme and garner support for effective implementation. I have successfully implemented UN project in collaboration with Government (NACO) at the national and state level. Key expertise includes Advocacy & Partnership, Coordinate with vide range of stakeholders i.e. Government and Non-Government Institutions & Corporates, facilitate Strategic Meetings, Project Management, Information Education & Communication (IEC), Capacity Building, Social Research, Documentation & Knowledge Management, Monitoring & Evaluation etc. Self motivated, hardworking, initiative taking ability as well as a good team player and adaptability in various work culture. I was selected by International Training Centre of International Labour Organization (ITC-ILO) for Gender Academy: A global event on gender, work and development for experts and practitioner held in Italy in 2017. Awarded by ILO SRO New Delhi for best contribution in wor kplace programme in Jharkhand in ILO HIV/AIDS India Project Awarded by NACO for effective contribution in national level campaign on Red Ribbon Express A flagship initiative of NACO, MoH & FW in collaboration with Ministry of Railways. Foundation lies in multidisciplinary education in social work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences,(TISS) Mumbai.
