I am a post-graduate student of quality engineering management at Lambton College in Toronto. I have completed my bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering in India. I have developed skills related to customer problem solving, specifically related to quality, in an economical manner. I use Minitab software to find out the problem more closely in a statistical way. I also use different tools such as PDCA, six sigma methodology, Pareto charts, etc, to find out the root cause for problems that can focus on preventing.
