B&T Women in Media Winner 2023 & Top 10 Shortlist 2022* I’m a media sales professional with 17 years’ experience in digital, publishing and television sales, having worked at Australia’s largest media companies: Woolworths, Nine, Fairfax, MCN/FOXTEL and Network Ten. I currently hold the role of Head of Agency Sales for OA Collective, a powerful collection of independent outdoor media owners, grouped together into one strong market facing entity, Prior to my role at OAC, I held the role of Head of Agency Sales at Cartology, Head of Retail at Nine, and Victorian Sales Director at Fairfax. I’ve led sales teams at either a state or national level for the last 10 years and I enjoy motivating staff to perform at their best through an open and authentic management style. I am undertaking a Masters in Positive Psychology at Melbourne Uni and hold my Mental Health First Aider accreditation. I have a full suite of commercial skills including revenue management and forecasting across multiple media streams and P&L for product development. Extremely well versed in working with multiple internal stakeholders and business units (strategy, creative, operations, multimedia product specialists, marketing, finance) to provide clients with creative solutions. I make sure these ideas are not only going to deliver tangible results but are also easy to understand and ultimately to buy. I bring an extensive network in the FMCG & retail space within media agencies, C-Suite leadership teams as well as CMOs and brand marketers supplier side.
