Committed to performing effective and efficient root cause analysis of an incident, accident, and near miss with 95% of Root cause analysis performed resulting in the best possible solution: Elimination of the hazard. Deep knowledge of working directly with workers compensation case managers to reduce the injury reserve amount and keep the employee at work or getting them back to work as soon as possible. With 15 years of extreme hard work, and dedication to ensure my co-workers leave the way they arrived each day has paid off with major achievements. Some examples of my past achievements are as followed. • Reduced plant DART (Days Away Restricted Time) rate from 8.06 in 2013 to 0.00 in 2014 through 2015 • Reduced the first aid/recordable injuries by 80% in 2016 • Worked directly with Workers Compensation Case managers to reduce the reserve amount on recordable injuries, resulting in a company savings of workers compensation dollars in 2015-2016.
