About Ashlee Bocach

As a Catering Manager at Wegmans Food Markets, I oversee the planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality food and service for various events and occasions. I work with a diverse and talented team of chefs, servers, and coordinators to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. I also train and mentor new and existing cashiers, as well as schedule up to 170 front end employees, to optimize the store operations and efficiency. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Medaille College, where I learned about human behavior, cognition, and emotions. I apply my psychological knowledge and skills to understand the needs and preferences of our customers, as well as to motivate and empower my team members. I am open to learning and creating new experiences, and I look forward to developing my career in the food and hospitality industry.
