About Ashlee Constance

A graduate of the Universidade Federal de Goiás in Brazil, Ashlee Estwick received her BA in 2018 in Social Communication, with a concentration in Advertising. Ashlee is the Founder of Rawsoul, an independent platform founded in 2017 that celebrates authentic Barbadian culture — our people, our spaces, our food and our music. With her keen interest in cultural studies, communication and artistic expression, Ashlee is passionate about the ways in which imagery can shape and inspire a community. Ashlee consults on projects relating to contemporary Caribbean visual culture, art and music. Her consulting also extends to brand development, creative production, digital marketing, social media strategy and content creation. Ashlee has worked alongside top advertising executives and artists to develop campaigns for both national and regional brands. Aside from her academic, professional and entrepreneurial pursuits, Ashlee is also a contributor to british sustainable tourism platform Trippin World, a fluent Portuguese speaker and street photographer. Ashlee has also worked as a model for brands such as American Apparel, Mount Gay Barbados, Kaiso and EyeQ Barbados.
