About Ashlee Edwards

Curiosity has always been my compass. As a child, I was often told to stop asking so many questions. But in the classroom, my teachers mostly nurtured my curiosity, encouraging me to explore and ask even more. This shaped who I am today: someone who questions everything, seeks understanding, and uses curiosity as a tool for innovation. Books became my gateway to learning and, eventually, to other languages—allowing me to ask questions in entirely new ways. Later, as an educator, I championed curiosity in my students, encouraging them to think critically and embrace self-advocacy. Recognizing how vital these skills were, I piloted a program to teach students—particularly those most vulnerable in the education system—how to advocate for themselves and their needs. To deepen my advocacy work, I pursued law school. Despite its challenging reputation, it became one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Imagine spending every day analyzing, debating, and questioning everything—absolute heaven for a curious mind. Law school cemented my ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and craft innovative solutions. Today, my curiosity and passion for problem-solving drive everything I do. I thrive in designing systems, organizing complex information, and transforming ideas into actionable results. My superpowers include-Building efficient systems to manage information, projects, and people-Clarifying scattered thoughts into clear, actionable strategies-Maximizing productivity and time management with precision-Maintaining an almost always-empty email inbox (yes, really). When I’m not immersed in my work, I enjoy exploring new ideas, devouring great books, and prioritizing self-care.
