I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as an Approved Clinical Supervisor in MidCoast Maine. I have experience working with individuals and families for over 15 years, in several modalities, such as wilderness therapy, Outward Bound, therapeutic boarding schools and traditional office-based and home-based treatments. I am grounded in the belief that growth comes from individuals having deeper self awareness and acceptance of their own patterns and habits.
