I am an Executive Assistant at Wichita Independent Business Association (WIBA), where I provide administrative and operational support to the President and the Board of Directors. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Friends University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. I have developed core competencies in communication, organization, problem-solving, and project management, as well as proficiency in various software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zoom. Before joining WIBA, I was a Licensed Agent at New York Life Insurance Company, where I helped clients achieve their financial goals through customized solutions and ongoing guidance. I was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2022 for my outstanding performance and customer service. I have expertise in retirement planning, estate planning, business planning, life insurance, tax minimization planning, asset allocation, and business succession planning. I also have experience as a Laborer at Ace Relocation Systems, where I demonstrated excellence in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and teamwork. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I have recently completed certifications in Artificial Intelligence for Business, ChatGPT, and Securities Industry Essentials. I am eager to contribute to the mission and vision of WIBA, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
