At a leading global incubator, I managed international agreements, subcontracts, and teams of up to 15, successfully guiding projects from launch to closeout. I bring both a strategic, big-picture vision and strong analytical skills, enabling me to manage multiple grants and budgets simultaneously while coordinating consultants to deliver high-quality results. As part of a skeleton team, I closed out USAID-funded projects, prepared settlement proposals, and led the restart of a life-saving assistance sub-award in Niger Innovated scoring and data analysis/visualization tool to demonstrate program outcomes. Rapidly onboarded consultants to meet urgent program needs and resolve client concerns. Guided closeout of $29M in USAID-funded projects, encompassing 17 staff across six countries.
