I hold 9 years of customer service experience, allowing me to develop invaluable communication skills. I have previously been employed through a YMCA program (FPSYIP) as a full time Medical Records intern, at the Wolseley Barracks Medical Clinic. This position gave me a thorough understanding of the Canadian Health Information System. This position also required strong organizational skills to allow me to keep records organized and ready for the medical technicians and Doctors. During this time I also completed an online Medical Terminology Certificate course through Fanshawe College. I currently work in AP/AR at Compass Support Services Canada. This job involves daily communication with clients, as well as a thorough understanding of many different accounting systems. I am required to complete uploads, invoicing and payroll daily, as well as calculating markup, revenue and accruals for client employees. I have great things to say about all of these jobs and have met many amazing people in the above positions.
