About Ashlee Taylor

I punched the same time clock at Target for almost 14 years. This experience defined my passion for service to others and teamwork. During my time at T-164, I had the opportunity to develop skillsets in customer service and leadership that have served me well in my professional career. I made really great friends, too! For my next chapter, I worked as a Field Representative for a United States Senator in Casper, Wyoming. I acted as a representative for the Senator, as well as a liaison between WY constituents and the federal government. This meant I spent a great deal of time researching the IRS, OPM, SSA, and other agencies - becoming an "expert" in all their processes so that I could advocate for others. Truly, it is hard to pick a highlight from this experience, but one of my favorite parts was that I had the opportunity to travel the Cowboy state I love and make genuine connections with neighboring communities. Currently, I serve Casper College and the community as an advisor and Certified Career Service Provider. I thrive on empowering individuals to identify their passions, set meaningful goals, and navigate their professional journeys with purpose.
