My expertise spans HR business partnering, organisational transformation, performance management, and leadership development, with a focus on aligning people strategy with business success.I have partnered with Technology, Change, Treasury, and Sales functions, supporting large-scale transformations, TUPE transfers, and complex employee relations cases. Additionally, I co-founded Millennially Minded and the Young Professionals Network, driving generational alignment within the business by facilitating cross-generational mentorship, executive networking, and strategic problem-solving.Now leading the People Business Partner function at Urban Sports Club, I drive high-performance cultures, leadership capability, compensation strategy, and HR automation, with a passion for leveraging data and AI to enhance workforce planning and engagement.I am CIPD-qualified, with a strong foundation in HR strategy, Works Council negotiations, compensation frameworks, and diversity & inclusion.
