About Ashleigh Johnson

My parents love to tell the story that I was speaking in full sentences by nine months old. I can’t prove it, but I don’t doubt it. Words and connection have always been at the heart of who I am. From the time I was little, I loved sharing stories, listening to them, and helping others find their own voice. That early start grew into a career built around storytelling and connection. As a spokesperson, I’ve had the privilege of standing in front of cameras and communities to share stories that matter, sometimes in moments of celebration and sometimes in seasons of challenge. For the nearly nine years, I’ve led marketing and communications at Lionheart Children’s Academy, helping grow the ministry from three academies serving 75 children to 22 across five states serving more than Along the way, I helped shape a brand that families trust, guided messaging that reflects both heart and excellence, and built a team that leads with collaboration and creativity. Under my leadership, marketing efforts helped drive annual revenue from $10 million to more than $30 million, expanded enrollment sixfold, and strengthened national visibility through digital innovation and community partnerships. What drives me is simple: people. I want them to feel seen, understood, and valued. I believe the right story, shared at the right time, can build trust, spark action, and create lasting change. At my core, I’m both bold and empathetic, a firstborn leader who isn’t afraid to step up, and a storyteller who knows how much words matter. More than anything, I hope my work reminds people that they’re not alone and that their story is worth telling.
