About Ashleigh Letley

I am all about efficiency, productivity, and adding value wherever I am. I cannot sit on my hands for long. Each role I have filled has taught me valuable skills and helped me overcome various obstacles. As a Software Developer I learned how to- Figure out other people’s code - code with C# in the.NET framework - develop solutions to add new features to pre-existing software within the constraints of the software - prioritize bug fixes and wish list items according to available resources - identify, clarify and solve problems And as a PeopleSoft consultant I have improved my skills in - Project Planning - PeopleCode - SQL - Development - Design - Technical Documentation During my children's infant years I took time off from fulltime work, but I kept busy by adding value to my husband’s website design business and I started an Instagram account to experiment with Social Media for blogs and businesses. I am now in the role of a Working and Homeschooling Mom. This dual role has improved my skills of forward planning and working efficiently even more. I love the work I do both behind the computer and in my home, and I can't imagine my life without both.
