About Ashleigh Sutton

I am currently one of the Digital Team Supervisor's at David Jones, I help support and train team members on using our systems efficiently, as well as building autonomy on nominated tasks. I strive to make my training sessions personable and individualised.Working from home has been interesting to navigate so I really enjoy chatting to my team, we are a relatively young team, as most have been there for under a year. I am currently lucky to be working with a team that values people using initiative, and I really excel, when I am given goals to work towards, with a flexible framework.Managers will often comment on my great work ethic, as well as my analytical approach to training our team. I take pride in working with people that value communication and a collaborative approach to projects. If I am not at work I like to spend spend a good amount of time scrolling Netflix looking for the latest series, or spending time sketching. If you are interested in talking to me about Job opportunities, or would like to connect for the future, I'd love to hear back from you.
