I thrive off being thorough and believe that even the smallest details have a significant impact on creating positive and successful outcomes-Communication & Collaboration is KEY. I enjoy collaborating with others and respect that everyone’s voice and ideas add value. Effective and clear communication is key toward executing a job well done -Customer Service for the WIN. In my early adulthood, I worked in the restaurant industry for many years. This industry undoubtedly taught me, at a young age, how important it is to build caring relationships, practice patience in all situations, and to commit to always leaving others feeling valued-Grit & Determination. Both the nonprofit and event production industries are fast-paced and require great stamina, determination, as well as adaptability. I am an expert at tackling rapid changes while managing many moving parts. Always ready and willing to jump in and support others, especially if it means helping a colleague or partner problem-solve. I get particularly excited about collaborating with brands to create meaningful experiences. The event I am most proud of directing, the annual Malibu Chili Cook Off, takes place over 4-days and brings over attendees.
