WHAT I HAVE DONE RECENTLY I established and led an Enterprise Transformation team of 3 department professionals. We managed & delivered 40+ strategic initiatives and innovation projects leading to $22 million in revenue growth,$6 million in margin expansion, and a 25% increase in manufacturing capacity. I transformed how our organization manages innovation, renovation & strategic initiative execution. My department established rhythms for enterprise reporting for our Senior Leadership team. We chaired executive steering forums, maintaining maniacal focus on what matters most. We also deployed and scaled two of our company's most strategic and successful innovation partnerships to date.
