Background

About Ashley A.

I'm a strategic and creative marketing professional with 8+ years of experience driving digital content, social media strategy, and integrated communications in both nonprofit and mission-driven sectors. Throughout my career, I’ve helped organizations grow their online presence, build community, and tell compelling stories that inspire action. Currently, I serve as Senior Associate of Marketing at Opportunity Finance Network, where I lead our social media strategy, email marketing, creative development, and performance reporting. Since joining, I’ve improved engagement across platforms by over 40%, led a successful email overhaul resulting in a 58.6% increase in click-through rate, and taken full ownership of our in-house design and video needs, reducing reliance on external vendors. Whether I’m building brand voice, designing graphics, or optimizing KPIs, I bring a collaborative spirit, sharp attention to detail, and a deep passion for storytelling that makes a difference. I'm especially energized by roles where I can blend creativity with strategy, and I’m always looking for opportunities to help brands grow with purpose and performance.
