As Asset Manager at Twinrose Investments, I support the operational, financial, and strategic performance of our commercial real estate portfolio across the DFW market. I work closely with property management teams, vendors, tenants, and ownership to ensure each asset performs at its highest potential - operationally, financially, and experientially.My role spans:• asset strategy and long-range budgeting• property operations oversight• leasing and tenant retention strategy• financial performance analysis• capital planning and project coordination• aligning on-the-ground execution with investment goalsI’m passionate about creating well-managed, well-maintained spaces that support tenants’ businesses and deliver strong, sustainable value for our investors.In addition to my work at Twinrose, I’m also co-owner of Allen’s Carpentry, LLC, the custom cabinetry and millwork shop my husband, Chase, and I run together. Chase leads our shop operations and craftsmanship, while I guide the business side - overseeing finances, client experience, marketing, and strategic growth. Together, we’re committed to preserving our family’s tradition of artisan-quality work and creating a strong, supportive environment for our team and clients.Across both roles, I’m motivated by people-first leadership, clear processes, and building long-term value - whether in commercial properties or handcrafted woodwork.
