I am a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) specializing in adult mental health. I completed my BA in Psychology in 2015, and my BARST degree in 2018. I have worked as a Recreation Therapist since 2018 and exclusively in mental health settings since 2019. It is my passion to help clients find purpose, joy, and mental health recovery through use of positive and engaging leisure.
