With over a decade of leadership experience in people-facing, dynamic roles, I have built a career around strategic growth, team leadership, and community impact. My background spans business operations, marketing, education, and mental health advocacy, equipping me with the skills to lead, adapt, and thrive in diverse professional settings. LEADERSHIP & CURRENT ROLES I currently hold leadership positions in two organizations dedicated to mental health and professional development: Director of Marketing & Community Relationships | Nu Leaf Mental Health Group I lead marketing, community partnerships, and patient engagement for a growing mental health practice. My role includes expanding outreach, fostering collaborations, managing the PMHNP Preceptorship Program, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant marketing initiatives. Co-Founder | Thrive Nursing I co-founded Thrive Nursing to provide mentorship, education, and career support for aspiring and practicing Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs). From building Thrive’s digital infrastructure and marketing strategy to establishing a mentor network, I focus on scaling Thrive’s impact and long-term success. ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE I hold an MSc in Sociology from the University of Oxford and a BA in Sociology: Law and Society with a Minor in Political Science from UCSD. My studies focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Access & Outreach (DEIAO) within institutional environments, deepening my expertise in social structures, policy, and institutional dynamics.
