I have been working as a Production Supervisor at Kedrion Biopharma since Dec 2021. I manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules, and I guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity. I also ensure the compliance of all Center activities with DCOP’s and other Company standards and protocols to meet the regulatory requirements of the FDA, EMEA, Customer Specifications and other regulatory bodies as required. In my previous roles as a Laboratory Technician at Virtua Health and a Phlebotomist at CSL Plasma, I gained valuable skills in lab testing, LabTech, and venipuncture. I labeled specimens accurately and distributed them to the appropriate department, cleaned and maintained work area and all lab equipment and supplies, drew blood using needles and other equipment, and labeled samples correctly and sent or delivered them for testing. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and care to the patients and donors, and I am motivated by the opportunity to learn and grow in the biopharma industry. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different settings and with different populations, and I enjoy collaborating with and supporting my colleagues.
