Background

About Ashley Bauchert

A passionate HR recruiting and onboarding coordinator, experienced in the HR and TA industry. My skills include detailed reporting through Excel and ATS/database systems, creating requisitions, prompt scheduling, generating and sending offer letters, onboarding new hires, and more. I am a former D1 beach volleyball player at Georgia State University where I majored in Managerial Science/HR and balanced the aspects of work, academics, and Division 1 athletics. I want to make a difference in a company, as well as its employees, by creating the best possible onboarding experience and finding those with the right skillsets and personality for the company. Not only does familiarity of ATS systems, Google Workspace, company intranets, and different metrics play a role in retention and company development, but communication and interpersonal skills go far and beyond cultivating an environment in which employees want to stay.
