About Ashley Biedler

I have had the pleasure of working with adults in a variety of settings, including an outpatient clinic as well as jail based services. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Addiction Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor with a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My approach to therapy is founded on creating an environment of safety for the client to process identified struggles and practice utilizing therapeutic tools to learn how to regulate emotions, tolerate uncomfortable feelings, establish healthy relationships, build assertive communication skills, and practice mindfulness based interventions, to live a more healthy and balanced life. Although my therapeutic approach aligns with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Motivational Interviewing, I will fine tune interventions utilized in order to meet the individualized unique needs of each client. I am dedicated to clinical excellence and committed to instilling hope in the lives of clients.
