I am an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research professional with over 16 years supporting data-driven programs in international development. My expertise lies in designing and implementing rigorous MEL systems, managing complex research initiatives, and translating evidence into actionable insights for learning and impact. Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, I have led research studies, program evaluations, and performance monitoring frameworks across sectors such as community development, public health, education, livelihoods, protection, natural resource management and humanitarian response. I am proficient in developing Theories of Change, logical frameworks, and indicator tracking systems, and have conducted baseline, midline, and endline surveys using tools like KoboToolbox, ODK, and Survey123. As a Research Manager, I have supported the research cycle from proposal development and protocol design to data analysis, report writing, and dissemination, ensuring alignment with global standards and donor requirements (e.g, USAID, EU, UN agencies). I bring strong capabilities in Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and visualization. In my work, I value collaboration and learning. I regularly conduct capacity building for partners and facilitate workshops in both English and French, drawing on extensive experience in Francophone Africa.
