I’m Ashley – a passionate and results-driven Human Resources professional committed to making a meaningful impact through strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovative solutions. With over 2 years of experience in the Human Resources field, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and gain hands-on experience in both unionized and non-unionized environments. What I Bring • Proven experience in impactful initiatives such as onboarding coordination, recruitment and HR operations support and developing engaging social media content • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • A growth mindset fueled with a passion for continuous learning and leadership development • Embraces challenges with creativity, resilience and a solutions-focused attitude • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail • Tech-savvy; proficient in Canva, Lucidchart, Asana, LinkedIn and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) Outside of Work I am passionate about volunteering and staying active! I volunteer with CPHR BC & Yukon, where I enjoy supporting the HR community and building meaningful connections with other professionals. Wellness is also a big part of my routine – whether it is spending time in the great outdoors, diving into a great book or starting my day with an early morning gym session to boost my energy and focus!
