About Ashley Bond

Welcome to my LinkedIn profile. I am passionate about helping others to become the best versions of themselves through the channels of sport development, community engagement, health & wellbeing and physical activity.Currently, I am a Club Sport Coordinator at Sheffield Hallam University, where I am responsible for the management of all sport clubs and their committee members. My role focuses on enhancing the student experience by fostering leadership, positive culture, inclusivity and club development. I lead the planning and execution of major events such as the Committee Conference, designed to equip committee members with confidence and recognition in their roles, and Sheffield Varsity - one of the UK's widely-recognised Higher Education sporting competitions. This event unites over student athletes and attracts more than in-person spectators, creating unforgettable experiences and a lasting legacy for our university community.I’m always open to connecting with professionals who share a similar passion within their roles and industry!
