As an advocate with a passion for supporting individuals through challenging life circumstances, I have spent years working with domestic violence victims and individuals experiencing mental illness, helping them navigate resources, rebuild their lives, and access the care they need. My journey has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, and the importance of accessible healthcare and social services. Currently, I’m transitioning into the corrections field as a Transitional Healthcare Liaison, where I combine my advocacy skills with my criminal justice knowledge to support parolees reintegrating into society. I am focused on ensuring that individuals leaving incarceration receive the healthcare and resources necessary for successful reentry, helping to reduce recidivism and promote long-term stability. I am passionate about empowering individuals through these life transitions, and I remain committed to improving access to care, resources, and support for those who need it most.
