About Ashley Cadsawan
From unexperienced CNA to RN to MSN, I have built experience and knowledge to better not only my own practice, but the nursing profession as a whole. I started as a PCT on a surgical step-down unit where I finished my ADN and became an RN. After many years there, I earned my MSN and transitioned to the ICU level of care. I then started teaching as an adjunct for clinical rotations and skills labs, while also picking up PRN nursing supervisor shifts. I became a full-time nursing supervisor and did that for a couple years, while still doing shifts in ICU and as a RRT nurse. I have now moved to teaching as full-time faculty.
