About Ashley Campos
My passion is working with people and attempting to make a difference in their lives. The avenues in which I have chosen to follow my passion are in human resources, recruiting, and education. I worked in human resources and recruiting in the corporate world for over six years. I then moved into public education and worked as a teacher, reading coach, administrator, and instructional specialist for eighteen years. In May of 2022, I left public education and started a career with Amplify as a Literacy Professional Development Strategist. I saw our knowledge-based literacy curriculum piloted in two of my Dallas ISD schools and had to be a part of the enormous growth the company is experiencing in Texas! Finally, one of my most cherished accomplishments is founding the Rafael Campos Memorial Scholarship. Through fundraising efforts, we have awarded approximately in scholarships to high school seniors at my father's high school alma mater in his honor.
