I thrive in my position as the Managing Partner and VP of Property Management and Operations at Epic Property Management, a leading company in managing single-family and multi-family portfolios in Kansas and Missouri. I have over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a mission to improve the performance of real estate assets by minimizing costs and maximizing tenant experience. I oversee the operations of 15 residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of property management. I lead a team of 30 property managers, leasing agents, office staff, maintenance and cleaning professionals, providing them with guidance, support, and enrichment. I also develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, retention, and revenue, while reducing expenses, risks, and complaints. Some of my recent achievements include reducing the vacancy rate by 12% at one of our largest development properties in Kansas and increasing collections by 8% for a newly acquired portfolio in Missouri.
