About Ashley Chan

I help mission-driven organizations—particularly those rooted in PNW natural resources and ag—find the financial breathing room they need to adapt, invest and compete. I do this by uncovering hidden cashflow in operating expenses (typically 10-20% savings). I work independently, and on a success-based model, so no need for budget - I create the budget for us. Minimal time investment for the client; just concrete savings to redirect to what matters. Why this work: The Pacific Northwest is under pressure. Wineries adapt to climate volatility. Forestry businesses compete against consolidation. Shellfish growers navigate ocean acidification and rising costs. Tribal enterprises build economic sovereignty while stewarding ancestral lands. These aren't just businesses—they're stewards of the PNW's natural heritage, fighting to preserve a way of life in increasingly chaotic times.I've LIVED the chaos—I've been inside organizations facing cost pressures with no bandwidth to think strategically. Over the past decade in the PNW, I've watched small, mission-driven businesses get drowned out by larger forces. I believe they deserve to thrive, not just survive. If you're navigating cost pressures while trying to preserve something meaningful, I'd love to connect. achan@eragroup.com Based in Snoqualmie, WA, serving the Pacific Northwest
