Passionate about quality and employing a human-centred focus to all work, I am an ardent HR professional with the innate ability to assess a task or situation; think critically about the required result; and produce high-quality output that will deliver on an end-users’ needs. I have spent the last 2.5 years working on a variety of projects within the People & Culture team at PHSA, employing my eye for detail combined with my ability to see areas where processes can be improved and increased efficiency is within reach. A self-described word-nerd, I highly value precision of language and strongly believe in the power of words to speak for us. I bring this value and love of language into all of my work. Working with a variety of individuals with diverse backgrounds and skills is one area where I gain energy. In addition to my recent project work, I have proven experience in recruitment, recruitment marketing/employer brand, as well as learning and development.
