About Ashley Coffin

I am passionate about creating a great employee experience where employees feel well and cared for through access to learning resources, leveraging data from continuous listening programs, and helping new people leaders through the transition into leadership. I love working directly with people leaders and employees to help them grow in their roles and move through their careers. In my current role, I am a Manager on the Talent Management team, I support a broad mandate including employee wellbeing, employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management.
