About Ashley Cranney

Born and raised in Price, Utah! Later transplanted to Salt Lake for 12 years and currently a Star Valley, Wyoming resident of 8 years. I have been immensely involved in many aspects of the communities I have lived in. Most recently with coaching youth sports, administration of the local not-for-profit education/scholarship program, emergency medical technician services, small business startup and real estate. Raised in a community much like Star Valley, I understand the numerous tangible benefits of living in areas with amazing education systems, immense opportunities for outdoor interests, and the close-net family culture. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports science from the University of Utah and have worked in and out of the industry for the last 15 years. My experience in account reconciliation and federal grant coordination with Lincoln County School District #2 has been invaluable in my business startup endeavors. Recently, I created Intrepid Property Management and joined the Real Estate profession as my three children approach their middle school and high school years. I have an immense enthusiasm to serve my community and its population of amazing people who support cohesiveness, safety, and participative development processes. In an effort to do this, I have joined the premier real estate organization, Assist 2 Sell The Realty Team which has recently opened its doors to Western Wyoming in 2022. I am thrilled to align myself to a real estate organization that has your best interest at heart. In an ever-changing real estate market, our team is committed to the reduced rate, full-service platform. These services, up until now, have not been readily available in the Star Valley community. To say the least, I am a growth mindset individual who seeks opportunities to grow and connect. I value networking and the opportunities to associate with professionals at all levels.
