About Ashley Dellinger

Hello all! I graduated from West Chester University with a B.S. in Environmental Health in August 2019. I thought I had everything all figured out until I realized my passion for nursing. I again graduated from West Chester University in 2022 with my BSN! I started my first and current nursing job in February of 2023 in the ICU at Sentara RMH. As I navigate my first full year as a nurse, I couldn’t be any happier in my current position as I feel prepared and supported by the team members of the ICU. This position challenges me every shift in one way or another, learning something new each swipe on the time clock. My work ethic, outgoing personality, and caring nature is what makes nursing a passion rather than just a job. My career is just beginning, and I’m really excited to see where the wind blows me in 30 years.
