Experienced Licensed Real Estate Professional (Both in California and Washington). Focused on Buyer Representation, Client Consultation, Empowerment, Contract Negotiation, Analytics and Smart Systems Integration. Studied at California State University Chico (USA) and graduated from Swansea University (UK). Extensive experience utilizing and consulting on benefits of various Real Estate related CRM and CMS systems. Including but not limited to: BoomtownROI, MarketLeader, Zurple. On the ground experience working for a residential custom construction company and assisting with associated permitting processes at municipality, county and utility levels across various locations in Washington. Experience with basic audio and video marketing production and associated technologies, including but not limited to: Cubase, Presonus Studio One, DaVinci Resolve. Passion for problem solving, music, lyricism, podcasting and other forms of creative entertainment.
