About Ashley Feldman

As a Health and Safety Manager at Ferrero, I am responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of the manufacturing operations at the Fannie May facility. I oversee the implementation and improvement of safety policies, programs, and procedures, as well as the training and development of the safety team and the emergency response team.I have a strong background in environmental health and safety, with one Bachelor of Applied Science degrees from The University of Akron and an Associate of Science degree from Kent State University. I have also worked as a Safety Loss Prevention Manager and a Safety and Environmental Specialist at Coca-Cola Consolidated, where I managed multiple safety projects, reduced the injury frequency rate, and increased the safety audit score. I am passionate about creating a safe and healthy work environment for everyone, and I always strive to learn new skills and best practices in the field.
