About Ashley Fraser

Experienced in applied research and program evaluation in both the social and health sector. I am passionate about helping programs identify and track their outcomes to better understand the impact they have on people and systems. Working within complex systems has allowed me to grow my experience in complexity sensitive methodologies, such as developmental and principles focused evaluation. While I enjoy working on the program and policy side of things, it all stems from my front line experience in the homeless serving sector which instilled this passion in me. Currently working as a Manager for Evaluation with the Calgary Homeless Foundation and look forward to building many partnerships within the sector. Outside of work, I manage a soccer program for unhoused individuals through the Canadian Street Soccer Association and get to witness the power of sport in creating community and supporting personal development!
