I have nearly 15 years of experience working in healthcare financial and data analytics. Currently, I work as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for ICM Controls where I manage both the finance and data teams. In an effort to further my career, I am currently in the process of earning a Masters Degree in Data Science and Analytics from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.Previously I worked for Aspen Dental managing the financial analytics for more than dental locations including: Monthly Operations Review, Variance Analysis, Score Cards, Incentive Plans, Outlier Management, Utilization, Patient Satisfaction, Revenue Cycle Management. I have also worked for the Trinity Health Hospital System as a Business Manager tracking data and metrics for Surgical Services. Part of my career at Aspen was running the survey program for the organization. I became Net Promoter Certified and an expert in all things customer satisfaction. I was able to increase the companies NPS score by 17 basis points within 6 months of my role. I'm deeply passionate about compiling accurate and insightful data that assists leadership to make the right choices. People say I'm a stickler for accuracy.
