About Ashley Gish

Dr. Ashley Gish is an integrative nurse practitioner, health writer, and nutritionist passionate about helping women feel better—without the overwhelm. She earned her doctorate in Women’s Health from the University of Utah, is certified in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine, and is completely obsessed with all things women’s health and wellness. With a background in public health and more than 20 years of experience in mind-body medicine, holistic nutrition, and health psychology, Ashley blends science with compassion to provide truly integrative, evidence-based care. As an avid writer and researcher, she believes that making health information accessible and engaging is a powerful tool for equity and empowerment. She’s contributed to the development of clinical protocols, created informative content for wellness brands, and written (and taste-tested!) hundreds of hormone-friendly recipes—all with the goal of making women’s health feel a little more doable, and a lot more human.
