About Ashley Gorion

With over five years of experience in the fields of accessibility, accommodations, and employee relations, I am a passionate and skilled Case Advocate Manager at Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products. My mission is to enhance the employee experience by engaging with employees and leaders at critical moments in the life cycle of the employment relationship, such as accommodations, employee engagement, etc. I leverage my communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to cultivate a strong client-oriented service rapport with leaders at all levels, HR Business Partner teams, and other internal partners. I also initiate a proactive, strategic approach to employee relations by identifying and analyzing accommodations and critical life moments data/metrics for themes, trends, and root cause identification. Additionally, I have an MA in Educational Leadership, Higher Education/Student Personnel, enabling me to apply business and educational perspectives to my work.
