As a servant leader with a passion for collaboration, organization, and continuous improvement, I bring a unique blend of agile project management, executive support, educational leadership, and spiritual formation to every team I serve. With a background in English and psychology and a master’s degree in Biblical Spiritual Formation and Discipleship, I thrive in roles that require both structure and adaptability—especially in mission-driven, people-centered, and tech-enabled environments. Over the past several years, I’ve supported and led cross-functional teams in both educational and ministry contexts. As an educator and content lead, I guided peers in strategic planning, time management, and workflow optimization. More recently, as a project manager intern on a ministry leadership team, I facilitated agile-style meetings, managed sprints, and aligned team deliverables with organizational goals. These experiences mirror the responsibilities of both executive assistants and Scrum Masters—requiring clear communication, calendar and task management, team coordination, and proactive problem-solving. Whether I’m managing an executive’s priorities or leading a sprint, I bring clarity, dependability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
