About Ashley Hamel

For over ten years, I thrived in the high-pressure environment of radiation therapy, where precision, empathy, and leadership were critical to patient care. Now, as I transition into the field of education, I’ve taken on the role of Preschool and Elementary Supervisor, where I’m able to leverage my leadership skills to support staff and students. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, with the goal of applying my expertise in leadership, communication, and strategic thinking to new challenges and opportunities. I am excited to continue growing professionally and seeking roles where I can make a meaningful impact, lead teams, and drive organizational success. My diverse background has equipped me with a unique skill set, combining hands-on and technical experience in healthcare with leadership and educational management. I look forward to bringing this blend of experience to future leadership roles where I can contribute to an organization’s growth and success.
