About Ashley Hanson

As an ABA Trainee, I am deeply committed to learning and applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. With a strong foundation in ABA techniques, I am gaining hands-on experience in implementing evidence-based strategies to promote meaningful behavioral change and help clients achieve their personal goals. Currently, I am working closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to learn how to assess behaviors, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collect data to track progress. My goal is to continue expanding my knowledge and skills in ABA to make a positive impact on individuals, families, and communities. I am passionate about creating supportive, inclusive environments where clients can thrive, develop social and communication skills, and gain independence. With strong communication, empathy, and adaptability, I am committed to fostering trust and building strong relationships with both clients and their families. I am excited to further my career in ABA and work toward becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I am always open to learning, collaborating with professionals, and contributing to the advancement of best practices in behavior analysis.
