With over 10 years of work experience in the utility sector, I am a dynamic and versatile Operations Support Analyst at Newfoundland Power, a leading electricity provider in the province. I have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and project management, and a passion for enhancing technologies for optimized field and office operations. I am driven by the mission of delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions to our customers and communities, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the Operations & Engineering Team. In my current role, I support financial analysis, billing, and reporting across diverse projects, using various tools and platforms such as Excel, Power BI, and ArcGIS. I collaborate with stakeholders from different departments and levels to drive innovative solutions for improved efficiency and accuracy. I also contribute to the development and maintenance of GIS applications and databases, ensuring data quality and integrity. Some of my notable achievements include creating dashboards and reports for monitoring key performance indicators, streamlining workflows and processes for data collection and validation, and participating in the implementation of a new GIS system.
