Passionate ASC administrator dedicated to growing the ASC industry and aiding fellow ASC’s to achieve the highest standards. Current Administrator at a 2 OR ENT surgery center in Winston Salem, NC. Former Administrator at a 2 OR multi-specialty surgery center in Morris, IL reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Familiar with and recently guided center to a three year re-accreditation. Successfully converted center to an electronic EMR SIS Complete and electronic inventory system ENVI. Completed re-credentialing of all providers. Completed MSN with emphasis on Healthcare Systems Leadership and MBA with micro-credentials in Project Management and Healthcare Informatics at Lewis University (Romeoville, IL) in May 2023. MSN Capstone project on Improving Interdepartmental Collaboration. RN since 2002 working in a variety of specialties, with most experience in procedural areas. Worked in the states of Arkansas, Illinois, and Minnesota in facilities ranging from small surgery centers to Level 1 Trauma Centers and academic medical centers. LEAN Process Improvement leader and Nurse Champion for an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery project.
